I think the key question here is whether SMIC will have or not access to Extreme Ultraviolet Litography machines, and my intuition is that Shanghai Microelectronic Equipment mentioned above might be a long shot because it is not even within the five companies producing Deep Ultra Violet Fabrication machines, and we are mostly talking about Extreme Ultra Violet equipment.
